This notice describes the publication’s website development application and contact actions. Updated October 14, 2026.
Website development applications
The four-field application collects your name, email, phone and website question. It includes the resource page, Omni OS referral identity and a submission identifier. The server forwards the request to Lead Franchise for its website development trial workflow, including a durable intake record, CRM contact linkage and required applicant and owner notifications.
Purpose and recipients
Lead Franchise uses the application to review your request and contact you about scope and terms. Service providers used by that workflow process the necessary record and communication data. The form does not subscribe you to Omni OS or Lead Franchise marketing emails.
Opening a text or call
A text link opens a draft in your messaging application; it does not send a message by itself. A call link opens your device’s calling action. Your device and communications provider govern the action you choose to complete.
Local browser storage
The application uses session storage to retain a submission identifier while you retry. A confirmed application removes that identifier. Browsing the publication does not require a login or newsletter enrollment.
